Sara
& Giuseppe

A candlelit Roman celebration shaped around architecture, atmosphere and the movement of around 200 guests.

The celebration

From a circular church ceremony to Villa Miani after dark.

The canonical public heritage records Sara and Giuseppe’s church ceremony with a circular layout, followed by their reception at Villa Miani.

Mixed imperial and round tables, restrained floral gestures and candlelight created the evening’s rhythm. Fireworks marked the cake cutting without displacing the architecture around it.

Planning evidence

Scale without losing intimacy.

The public source records around 200 guests. The table plan and sequence of spaces let the celebration retain a personal atmosphere at that scale.

Design direction

Light as part of the composition.

Candlelight and minimal floral interventions supported Villa Miani’s rooms and terraces rather than competing with them.

Rome

A venue within a living city.

Arrival, access, supplier movement and guest transport remain part of the hospitality plan for a destination celebration in Rome.
